Matthew secures prestigious stage at Noma in Copenhagen

Le Cordon Bleu is delighted to share news that 2015 Diplôme de Cuisine graduate Matthew Puguh Suhadi has secured a stagiaire at the prestigious Noma restaurant in Copenhagen, named the World’s Best Restaurant in 2014.

Matthew competed with 1,000 applicants for this life-changing experience and will work alongside a team of 24 as part of a three month internship – getting a glimpse into a Michelin star kitchen and an opportunity to become an integral part of the restaurants’ daily operations including foraging and harvesting from the farms.  Matthew will also have the opportunity to attend lectures by the Nordic Food Lab developing his understanding of seasonality.
