Meet Pablo Agular, Le 15 Cafe’s mystery chef

A collaboration between two Le Cordon Bleu Paris alumni

 

In a recent article published by the Hindustan Times, Le Cordon Bleu Paris alumni Chef Pooja Dhingra and Chef Pablo Naranjo Agular are featured talking about their collaboration,  Le 15 Café, in Mumbai.

Both met as students during their time at Le Cordon Bleu Paris and have since collaborated with Le 15 Café.

Pooja was recently featured by Le Cordon Bleu as part of the celebrations for International Women's Day on March 8th 2016. Pooja graduated in 2008 and opened her  first boutique dedicated to macaroons Le 15 Patisserie in Bombay, India. In 2014, she is named one of the 30 most influential personalities under the age of 30 in India in the Forbes ranking.
